Amanda Watkin - General Secretary's column - Rotary Magazine In a recent Rotary survey, I was encouraged to see that around 75% of clubs have started organizing their usual business events and initiatives which have helped communities across the continents of Great Britain and Ireland. I am grateful for the opportunity that Rotary gave me in 2002 with the opportunity to become an active part of the club. Rotary as well as many others has given me an extensive network of individuals who share my values and with whom I've formed genuine friendships over the past 20 years. We should all invite friends and family to Rotary to truly make a positive difference.
